when try to boot with + and power.
The picture is like

but the Numbers are 10 and 1.
The phone sometimes enters in android and boot succesfull.

the error message you have on your screen should indicate what's broken
is the bootloader on the device unlocked? if yes, search for stock firmware for your device, extract it using huawei update extractor then attempt to flash stock firmware using fastboot
or you could install firmware using huawei hisuite software

i searched for OEM unlock in the menu but didn`t find it. When enter in fastboot i see Locked on the botton area.
i extract the firmware but in guide i see about one file ramdisk.img which i dont have.
Have tried update via phone`s graphical interface and even with Hi suite and in both cases with unsuccessfull end.

oem unlock can be found under developer options in settings
you need to enable developer options by tapping "build number" in settings > about phone 7 times

it must mean your device doesnt require it
whats the current android version on your device? and is the device rooted?
