I have a generic feature phone cpu SC6531EFM.C you help me build a spreadtrum .pac file with it. I have the .bin file of the phone. To flash it I need to use a box or dongle but i need to use research download tool cause it enable to flash more than 1 phone in time. Please if you can help me?

you can't create pac file from bin firmware, if you really need a pac firmware then you could attempt to contact the OEM of the device, hopefully they'll provide you factory firmware in pac format
