you're probably not using it right.
1. ensure you'd installed vcom drivers using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html
2. you're to connect the phone to PC (switched off with battery inside) just when stop shows red, not before

(11-05-2015, 09:31 AM)hovatekProblem solved! It was my mistake; MT65xx drivers weren't properly installed on the PC so I had to do it manually.
