honestly speaking .this is not my phone . it comes to me as broken display. the owner broke its display and thrown it. and no longer in touch with me.
if not possible then i will give it to repair in service center or repair person

Well i m not ask for any illegitimate process. I was bought this phone from owner brother .he was sold this to me as broken display and not inform me for any lock screen etc. I replaced its combo display at repair shop and when i power on this i stuck on lock screen password. I contacted him for password and he told me he is forget its password. Then  i ask him for gmail password to open lock screen he again told me he also forgat its gmail password. Then i ask him for phone no attached with gmail. ( i have its phone no attached with gmail).He told me his brother broke its sim card long ago (nearly 6-7 months ).
i have no choice other than flashing its firmware.

And will this remove lockscreen and frp?

I need oppo flash tool ( msm download tool crack ver) working patch for flashing oppo a3s cph 1803.
I have downloaded its firmware (currently running) A.12 version. And it's ofp format rom.
Please help me to flash this phone.

yes, only if you have a dongle / box that writes directly to emmc

no such patch available or that we are aware off
flashing requires authorized ID, i believe you're aware of this already
either look for someone with authorized ID or use an emmc tool (be sure to check with the support team of the tool that oppo a3s is supported ie if you wish to purchase)
