how did this problem start?
have you tried factory resetting the phone? or flashing firmware?

how did this problem start?
have you tried factory resetting the phone? or flashing firmware?
I bought the phone from someone & he claims both slots were working.
I did a factory reset but the issue persists.
I haven't flashed firmware.

If i put only 1 simcard in slot 2 it works.
When i dial *#06# it shows both imei.

Is there network when you insert a sim card on the second slot and leave the first slot empty?
When you dial *#06#, how many IMEI is displayed? Two or one?
Also state the phone’s build no?l.
