Some one help I flashed my x557 with wrong firmware

I used flash tool to flash my x557 infinix hotnote 4 and after completion the phone could not come up again. Have charged tried under firmware but it keep coming up with one error or the other 4032, 4008 different types of error but never complete flashing.

I read about mixing firmware but dont understand how to do that . Please if any have tried and it worked let me know.

What was the recent nature of the device before you attempt flashing and did you take note of your phone variants before flashing.

The password of the phone was forgotten by the own an old lady, so trying to flash it brick the phone I supposed

Your supposed to hard reset it! Do you take note of the build number of the device and what was the ROM you flash post it.

did you take note of the phone's build no before flashing?
since flashing was successful then the phone might be stuck in flash mode, try disconnecting/reconnecting the phone's battery and plug to charger for few hours before powering it up.

What error are you getting after retrying the firmware that was successfully flashed the first time?
