I can't enter normal recovery, I get f"to mount /cache (Invalid argument)" error. I got into this by trying to factory reset the phone. I can't seem to get the stock ROM so I can flash. Any help? Phone is Innjoo Voto

you can factory reset via settings>security or backup & reset> reset/factory reset.
Is there anything wrong with the phone?

firmware for this model is not available
either look for a phone same model as yours to backup firmware, then you can flash the backup to yours OR try mailing innjoo support, see if you'll get lucky enough to get the firmware directly from them

If you're getting this in stock recovery (without having flashed) then there might be an emmc problem.
Have you tried to reset from fastboot instead?

its clear sign of bad emmc chip. try to backing up phones firmware (if possible, specially recovery.img) .You can use custom recovery like twrp/cwm (required stock recovery.img for porting). to format cache partition or manually through terminal command
