I can't seem to get the stock ROM so I can flash. Any help? Phone is Innjoo Votoyou can factory reset via settings>security or backup & reset> reset/factory reset.

firmware for this model is not available
either look for a phone same model as yours to backup firmware, then you can flash the backup to yours OR try mailing innjoo support, see if you'll get lucky enough to get the firmware directly from them

Phone is Innjoo Votoits clear sign of bad emmc chip. try to backing up phones firmware (if possible, specially recovery.img) .You can use custom recovery like twrp/cwm (required stock recovery.img for porting). to format cache partition or manually through terminal command
