How can I unlock bootloader without fastboot mode (Oppo A7)

Hi
My phone (Oppo A7 ) is not booting to fastboot mode. Every time I enter a command e.g 'ADB reboot fastboot' the phone simply restarts normally.
The Only modes the phone can boot to is recovery and edl mode.
Is there an alternative method to unlock my bootloader or enable fastboot?

reboot to fastboot, using the command below
fastboot reboot bootloader

'Fastboot reboot bootloader' can only detect a device if it is in fastboot mode.(which I cannot access).
But 'adb reboot bootloader' just restarts device normally.

sorry, the right command's supposed to be "adb reboot bootloader"
if this command reboots your device normally then your device no fastboot mode or disabled fastboot
