To root my phone using Patch boot img from magisk manager, can I flash the "patch boot.img" into my phone using sp flashtool??? Incase fast boot didn't work?????

yes you can try flashing using sp flash tool, but this doesn't guarantee success as certain devices don't allow flashing modified files through sp flash tool
