is there anything wrong with the phone?
what's the phone's current build no?
make sure to backup the phone's firmware before flashing it.

Current Build number is 00WW_2_20A

I want to downgrade the phone to oreo . Because since I upgrade to pie my phone hanging alot . Freezing too much.

Did you backup your phone's current firmware? If yes, then you can try flashing the firmware you downloaded, also make sure to untick preloader before flashing.

you'll find android 8.x on the list, choose any one (preferably global) and use SP flash tool to flash using "download only"

what do you mean by sp flash not working? explain and attach screenshots (error message and content of the firmware you're flashing)
