Ulefone Armor 6 lost IMEI and baseband
(05-09-2019, 08:36 PM)nicky Okay, I did a factory reset and the connection continued, but with this error:
(06-09-2019, 03:12 PM)X3nonOkay - used USBDeview to unistall VCOM and MTK drivers. INstalled only mediatek cdc drivers through device manager and could get no connections at all with the various Maui Meta tools or SN_writer. Reinstalled VCOM drivers with driver_auto_installer, and will try other methods. Thanks for sticking with me.(05-09-2019, 08:36 PM)nicky Okay, I did a factory reset and the connection continued, but with this error:
uninstall all mtk and vcom drivers using USB Deview @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-7660.html then install mediatek cdc driver from the list @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16640.html then retry connecting maui meta tool
you can also try using v7 and v9 @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-15547.html
if you're still unable to get a successful connection, then try a different method @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-116.html ; SN writer, miracle thunder, adb

(07-09-2019, 04:15 PM)X3nonNo luck - still need some way to have NVRAM.img and .bin files accepted to store the IMEI numbers. The .db files do not seem to be accepted by any of the programs tried. Hey, thanks again for helping me out - do appreciate it. Take care.(07-09-2019, 02:40 AM)nicky Okay - used USBDeview to unistall VCOM and MTK drivers. miracle thunder doesn't require DB files, did you get an error message when you tried using miracle thunder?

(10-09-2019, 12:21 PM)X3nonadb commands returns error. Hey, it's okay. There seems to be nothing on google about Ulefone Armor 6 but sales sites. No help. This is an expensive phone for a budget system, so I will keep trying to learn how to edit, etc. SN-Flash, maybe even a dongle, to eventually use the other tools on your site. Again, thank you for being here.(09-09-2019, 08:58 PM)nicky Yes. here is the shot:
seems miracle thunder also wont work at least not v2.82 or below anyway, unless you can get access to a hardware box / dongle
try rooting using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21427.html then try adb method @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-116.html
