Build number help

  gioneehelp.jpg (Size: 52.54 KB / Downloads: 7) I have a gionee f100 with software issues and i'm looking to flash a stock rom, the problem is I can't identify which rom to use for my phone, I have used miracle box to check build number and i'm still pretty much confused, pls point me to the right rom anyone

what exactly is wrong with the phone and why are you trying to flash?
is the phone still able to boot into homescreen?

thanks for your reply, I was able to find my build number using method 6 in the  thread link you provided, this is my build number "GBL7358B01_B_T3511"...which rom do I need to download?  I can only find rom matching the first 7 characters of the build number. Is it okay to flash Gionee F100 GBL7358A01_B_T3097 – amigo3.1.7 on my phone?

You haven’t answered the questions @x3non asked.
Also while at it backup your phone’s firmware in scatter file format and keep it on your pc.

The phone has core software issues like not being able to set password/pattern....once I try that, the settings app crashes and when trying to install Facebook I get the error "Facebook installation permission collides with fb lite, uninstall fb lite and try again".
Facebook lite is not installed in said phone

Have you tried factory resetting the phone? If yes then try flashing the firmware you’ve gotten online, untick preloader and don’t use firmware upgrade or format+download option.
Make sure you backup your phone’s current firmware.

Yes...I've restored factory settings and also did a hard reset in phone recovery but the problem persists....I'm going to do a backup and flash the firmware I quoted and get back to you all...thanks once again

I did a back up of the phone's firmware.....downloaded the firmware but it says invalid scatter file when trying to Load with sp flash tool,  I don't know what to do next
