I tried rooting my Tecno Spark 3(KB7) and installing some custom firmware and I failed. Now, the phone is stuck in a terrible boot loop. It doesn't get past the initial booting screen. It just shows the Tecno logo for a few seconds and then reboots. It does the same thing continuously until it runs down the battery. I've tried adb fastboot and sp flash tools but the phone doesn't even load the recovery menu and it doesn't go into bootloader/fastboot. I need help. Is there any way I could possibly wipe the phone and return it to factory settings or even delete the OS. Anything that can allow me to start from somewhere would be really appreciated. BTW the phone is not rooted. Thank You!!!

do you remember the original build number of your device?
if no then allow the battery to drain, charge for a few minutes then try either recovery mode or factory mode method @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16005.html

At what point did it get bricked? Was flashing of the custom firmware successful?
