are you referring to the default DA in SP flash tool? try the DA files listed @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23365.html
if that doesn't work then try a different approach, unlock bootloader then flash using fastboot

I have tried the DA from the link you sent but it is still giving the same error. Concerning the bootloader unlocking Whenver i tried the fastboot get oem unlock code command it doesnt work so i went to the motorola website to check if my device was supported but i didnt see it among the list.

attach a full screenshot of download tab in sp flash tool just before you switch to write memory tab
then try doing either a regular download only or readback of any partition using the custom DA and SP flash tool

Sorry i created another thread concerning the same issue. I actually did some digging on XDA forums and found out that someone also was not able to communicate with the sp flash tool after the gps update. I have tried the download method and readback option in sp flash tool but it gives me the same error. One thing i noticed was that whenever i hold the volume down after hitting the download button the error changes to s_auth_handle_not_ready please provide authentication file first although i am using a custom DA.

It is working.Thank you very much. I used sp flash tool v5.1916.00 and unchecked check Lib Da Match in sp flash tool settings under general tab. Since i now uploaded the auth file i didnt get any problem in flashing the device.I simply connected the device after clicking write memory and it did the work. i have uploaded the results.Once again Thank you very much for your help.
