Pls I need help with my laptop compaq cq56 presario running on Windows 7 ultimate 64bit... Any time I boot on my system it gives me an error message saying: disk read error select ctrl+alt+del. What I can i do to fix this pls.... My email address is Jethroo477@gmail.com

your HD is either not mounted correctly or crashed. boot into BIOS (keep tapping F10 on boot) and run a hard disk test
