Hi, Please help. My itel that I was flashing got stuck on boot screen. The only problem is that even when I put it to charge it displays the booting screen and when I try to flash it again it displays the booting screen making it disappear from the flashing software.
What shall I do? Please help.

Please state the firmware you flashed, the previous build number of your phone before you flashed and the flash tool you used.

Sent from my rooted, decrypted TECNO CA7 using Hovatek Mobile [GHOST]

answer @Benzalf's questions
and did you successfully flash the phone on the initial attempt?
what was wrong with the device before you decided to try flashing?

It could not open the STK application. Later it developed a bootloop. I jus had to flash it using upgrade tool. I have however used a ROM from
https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=889964283620776129
But it has presented a frp problem.

Hi all, I managed to fix the problem with my Itel IT1409 and I think I should post it here so that should anyone face this problem, he or she will have a way to go about with it. 1st, I downloaded a rom from https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=889964283620776129 And installed it on the phone using SPD Upgrade tool. The phone booted successfully but it had a problem with FRP, which no matter how I tried, I could not remove it because it could neither boot to fastboot nor recovery. The recovery menu showed the android cartoon lying on it's back with no other text. And no matter which keys I pressed, it couldn't bring anything Else.
2. Then I download another ROM from
https://docs.google.com/uc?id=0B4S-Z726V...t=download
And flashed my phone with it. This one could boot to the recovery successfully but could stick to the iTel logo which It could not pass, but the phone could get warmer and warmer by the time Unless I remove the battery.
So I could only use it to wipe data/factory reset the phone. It's worth saying that it couldn't boot to fastboot either.
3. At this point, I go to SPD upgrade tool and load the 1st packet I shared above, uncheck the "Select All Files" check box.
Next, I check Everything except recovery and flash the remaining files.
Later I wait for That satisfactory message saying "Finished, "Passed" then disconnect phone, Remove the battery, reinsert it back into the phone and power up the phone. I booted successfully, With no FRP and with no display issues.
Now I wish there was a way I could backup the full and working ROM as one ROM for future use instead of flashing two ROMS as it is very engaging and time consuming.

extract the second pac firmware using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-6236.html ; copy out recovery.img
load the first pac firmware into research download tool (not upgrade or factory download, both of these wont work)
replace the recovery.img with that you copied from the second pac firmware
while the first pac is still loaded in research download tool, open "download settings" then create a new pac firmware by clicking PACKET
