i flashed my tecno cx air using sp flash tool but i did a whole flash.the scatter file i used was an frp, now the phone cannot swith on please help me.

If you used scatter file and frp file only to whole flash then you will need to download and flash stock ROM @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19410.html
Did you take note of the phone’s build?

i never noted the build no!

try flashing any firmware from either of this two build numbers
CXAir-H3713A-N-***** OR CXAir-H3713B-N-*****
