Today i factory reset and flashed a custom rom {pie} from stock marshmallow and from then sim cards are not detected. i found out the imei has been lost.how to restore it.[i have the imei codes in the product box] The device model is KIW L22 with Qualcomm MSM8939v2 Snapdragon 616. How to restore it

is the baseband of the phone unknown?

Im on a arrow os custom rom..there is no mention of baseband version here

Did the phone’s IMEI turn to invalid after installing the custom ROM or it was valid and you used it for sometime?

flash back stock rom then recheck and confirm if baseband and imei is fixed
