Brick tecno w4

Hello 

Plz I mistakenly formated my tecno w4  and now it's brick and  only charges . It also do connection/disconnection sounds when connected Using USB cable I tried to change cables, bought new ones,  change USB ports but in vain  my drivers are up to date and I disabled USB auto disconnection but it still connecting and disconnecting repeatedly

how exactly did you format the phone? using SP flash tool?
launch device manager > power off the phone > connect the phone to the PC via USB (retry this while holding vol down button before connecting the phone via USB); does device manager refresh? if yes, what does the phone get detected in device manager as?
