what do you mean by this?
if the device is totally dead then it shouldn't display the charging screen. there'd be no power, no charging sign, nothing
if your device shows the charging sign while charging, then what happens when you press and hold the power button?
and you didn't state how the problem began

Yah it fell away from the owner..nd work for a while but later on its stop coming up but only displays when it s charged.

still don't understand what you mean by only displays when it's charged (post your device issue in full details)
disconnect / reconnect the battery of the device; you need to loosen the back cover to get to the battery
then allow the phone to charge for a few hours
lets know if the phone is able to power on or not
