Hello, I have itel it2150 which has password. I tried to flash it with the latest version of spd upgrade tool, the error message I got is your driver version is 2.0.0.114 is too low. I don't know how to install the version and install the newer one.

The older version I use gives me uart error

Install SPD driver using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-827.html then retry connecting the phone.
You might want to read unlock using guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21936.html , if it works then you don’t need firmware flashing. Note: the guide is for MTK phone, you can use the SPD Tab instead.
