whats the build number of your phone? settings > about phone > build number
do you have firmware or stock rom backup?

Build number: AX8-H571B-N-190624V229.
I dont have the firmware or stock rom back up. Read how to back it up using MTK Droidtool and sp flash but the droid tool is not picking my phone details.

Download the DA for your phone's build @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23243.html
Load the DA on Miracle Box and follow the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html to backup your phone's firmware.
Once backup successful, copy and rename boot.bin to boot.img and follow the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21427.html to root.

Once backup successful, copy and rename boot.bin to boot.img and follow the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21427.html to root.

I was able to backup my phone's firmware with the the guide successfully but my only problem now is with my fastboot giving me an error of "error: cannot load 'boot.img'"  after the fastboot flash boot (file.img) command

you should copy boot.img into the same folder as adb & fastboot
