Have you tried flashing the firmware ?

download the firmware from the link @Hovatek's reply
install spd drivers using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-827.html then use miracle box @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16079.html to flash the firmware 
Note: you'll need to press bootkey for PC to detect the phone
try the bootkeys on this photo below
