I'm not sure. I think after update some applications in the next boot, the phone won't boot(bootlop). I can booting to fastboot.

first try factory resetting the phone in recovery mode (vol up + power button)
firmware backup for 32+2 variant is on this russian website @ http://remx.ru:888/Mycopka/Anica_K-TOUCH_I9/FirmWare/ ; don't use this backup if your device isn't the 32+2 variant

Thank your for your answer, I have no access to recovery, also bootloop. I already knew about this Russian page, but the solution is a bit more complex, since it is a different version, it does not have Android 8.1, but 6.0, the CPU is not 6739 but, 6580, it seems that it is a modification to support google play store. I suspect that it may be the same or similar to the i8 anica, if someone has a backup, I could prove it(I Can't download from this site : https://4pda.ru/forum/lofiversion/index....12597.html   I don't speak russian and i can't register may verification code cirilic. I have also thought, if someone knows a compatible recovery, with the version of android and cpu, maybe I can flash it and recover the phone. These are the data: Cpu 6580, Android: 6.0 (32bit), Sdk 23, Build id mra58k, Linux Version: 3.18.19+

2.  Sorry but the program can't connect with the phone, I've tried flash via fastboot with similar recoverys to my phone specifications, but no lucky. If you have any recovery, I can try flash it.

Update: Finally I was able to connect with the program. Fixed the problem with Fs Repair. Thank you very much.
