Custom ROM + Recovery for China phone

Hello, i have a phone which comes from China. It appears to have the name "Monster M10" and it comes with android 5.1. Now is my question: is there any way i can make a custom recovery like TWRP for this phone and a custom rom with an android higher than 6 or 7?

verify the chipset of your device using the app @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13054.html
backup firmware from your device (you can use the search at the top of the forum to search for how to backup your chipset)
then port twrp or philz using our tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/forum-39.html

for custom rom, you'll need to search online yourself
