failed to get pmt info

i tried to flash techno camon 7 but gives an error althoungh the phone sunddenly goes when battery is at 50 percent just started last week. now the phone is dead when i tried miracle box it get to a place when is started making connecting/disconneting sound.

this is a weak/dead battery problem, you don't need to flash the firmware.
use original charger to charge the phone or few hours, if it didn't show a sign of power then disconnect/reconnect the battery and plug to charger again.

i have already flash but along the line it was making connecting/disconnecting sound it's not an inbuilt battery

even buying another battery i still need to flash it back for it to come back to it normal state

techno camon 7? confirm the exactly model cause the model you posted above tells its likely a clone
do you remember the original build number of the device?
and how exactly did the device get totally dead?

the build number seems original
you've mentioned two different errors i.e disconnect / connect and pmt info error
at what point exactly do you get the errors, attach screenshot
and have you tried the fixes for the error listed @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-439.html ?
