My phone restarted while Miracle Box was backing up the ROM

This phone is notorious for starting up at the beginning or middle of stuff...

What can I do?

I tried to backup my phone with miracle box version 2.82 which requires no dongle but the problem I noticed is that my infinix note 5 stylus always reboots once the backup begins.

This items to startup is really a pain in the *** with infinix note 5 stylus.

My phone is back from Carlcare... and they installed the latest Os to my bricked phone (thank God)

I think it's impossible to flash or backup anything to this phone without removing the battery...it always keeps attempting to boot...????

( It defies the rules of modern phones with non removable batteries) that you can leave the battery in, successfully flash anything to it...urrrggghhh!!

ensure to use the custom DA for your model @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23243.html and don't hold any buttons while connecting the phone to the PC

CUSTOM DA? Do we use DA's when backing up ROMs too (I thought it was for flashing only, and that that is when we don't hold/ press any buttons..

if yes...is there a guide on where to fix it in?

Plus is it to not "hold" any button or to not press (once) any buttons at all?

Yes, custom da is required for both reading and writing onto secure boot phones
