screenshot says magisk isn't installed
how did you flash patched boot? attach screenshot of tool used and confirmation of success
are you sure you flashed patched_boot not stock boot thinking its patched?
I'm not where I can get a screenshot now...but I'll explain:
1. Installed Magisk manager
2. Opened it and says Magisk not installed
3. Clicked install and it asks if to download zip or patch file
4. clicked patch files
5. It asks to locate your stock boot.img.. you do that
6. If downloads zip patch file...works on your boot.img
7 it stores the Magisk patched boot.img in your downloads folder
8. I copy that to my adb/fastboot folder, startup command prompt in there, and use adb and fastboot commands to flash Patched boot.img using "fastboot boot patched_boot.img" as final command
9 tells you it's successful and shoes the amount of seconds it took.
10. Fastboot reboot
11. Root check.. No root...
Tried miraclebox flashing too using relevant stock ROM scatter file, Custom DA and renamed patched boot file... Situation remains the same..
