the phone is not charging and its not toning ON but i try reading it with miracle box and it loads and hang on downloading (the model is A86)

ran a quick search, couldn't find anything
how did the phone go totally dead?
have you tried taking out / reinserting the battery then leaving the phone to charge a few hours?
can you get access to a working phone same model as the bricked one?

i have tried charging it for long but no sign, the phone was brought to me for that problem by a client (not charging not turning on ) i have tried hardware but no sign so i want to try software but cant find the firmware.

you should ask the owner of the phone how the phone came to be dead

peel off the sticker beneath the battery, with any luck you'll find the real clone model
