I flashed itel a14 stuck on logo successfully with two different files but the device still stuck on logo... Any free solution???

how did the phone get bricked in the first place?
do you remember the original build number of the phone?
did you perform a factory reset after flashing the two different firmwares?

The device won't enter recovery mode so I can't factory reset

i take it you don't remember the original build number. so its going to be trial and error for you. check the firmware list @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23414.html
also what button combo did you use to attempt booting into recovery mode?
