have you tried factory reset or flashing firmware? firmware is at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-9271.html

Its new security cant do the factory reset and to do flash need user name and p/w dont have free soltion in any box may be

yes well, you need to pay for online service
you can ask support team for different hardware boxes / dongles if your model is supported, still this isnt free as you still need to purchase dongle / box unless you have the dongle or you know someone who has it already
