[Please help] software install faill

hallo.
i have huaweii BLL-L21 it started downloading system update by it self and latter completed the download,it requested for reboot for system to update but cant complete the update it says software install failed,it cant reboot at the moment .what should i do to overcome this upset ?
please help

can the phone still boot to homescreen?
if no, then try flashing stock rom for your build OR the firmware update build number; check the list @ https://shareaz.us/10523/bll-l21-build-list/ OR @ http://huawei-firmware.com/phone-list/hu...17/bll-l21

to flash,
Create a new folder named dload on your SDcard
Copy UPDATE.APP firmware and paste it into the dload folder on your SDcard.
Power Off your Huawei Smartphone.
Now, Press Volume UP, Volume Down and Power Button at the same time for 5-8 seconds until the update process is started automatically.
