Morning Everybody,
Please help me!
I have tried to remove frp in Infinix hot 4 pro x557 with SP flash Tool .
The flash was ok. But the phone doesn’t turn on.
After I remarked that the frp remove file that I’ve used was for the hot 4 lite and not for hot 4 pro.
I don’t know the full version of the firmware to reinstall the rom.
But in my research, I’ve seen that there is two firmware for Hot pro 4:
X557-H807A1 and X557-H807B1 .
When I connect the phone to PC with usb cable, it recognize phone drivers.
I’ve tried to read the phone information with miracle box but at Downloading Boot8 step, it shows
>>ERR21002.00 (please view attachement).
Is my phone bricked?
Otherwise, please help me.

did the frp file you flash contain preloader.bin?
and did you flash using download only in SP flash tool?
if yes on both questions, then try flashing only preloader.bin from the two different builds @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19956.html
after flashing the first preloader, disconnect / reconnect the battery and check if the phone powers on or at least vibrates, if no then try the second one

BTW hot 4 pro is X556, hot 4 is X557. be sure to confirm which one you have properly

it is x557
in this afternoon, I sent the device to a technician to remove battery. And he tried something. when he change the motherboard by another, the phone turn on. Problem is that this motherboard become very hot.
so, if I don't find software solution, I can try to change the motherboard...but this model seems rare.

It's the motherboard of the same infinix hot 4. When he changes it, my phone turn on. But as the motherboard he puts, heat... He removed it because it will damage the battery.

I have downloaded two preloader (H807A1D1 and H807A1) and theirs scatter file (with the links given above). I flashed both with sp flash Tool.
Both send me same error message :
BROM ERROR: S_BROM_CMD_STARTCMD_FAIL(2005)
BROM CAN NOTE PASS BOOTROM STARR COMMAND! POSSIBLY TARGET POWER UP TOO EARLY.

And after, I flash the sames files with Infinix Flashtool, both files flashing are successful. But the phone don't turn on. It makes me crazy.

after flashing each build, then disconnect / reconnect the battery then check if the phone powers on before trying the next build
