The device starts well, just that a small box appears on the screen with the following inscription: "Android Service' and some Chinese writeups.

did you try factory resetting the phone first? then check if problem still persists

backup the current firmware from your device using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html
you can try flashing boot and system.img from either of these firmwares

try again without holding any buttons, then try while holding vol down button, also try without battery inserted
whats the chipset of the phone?
