Hi everybody.
please i need help with my tecno phantom 6 plus
i am facing bootloop.
this issue came after when i tryed to install ''ehiopener'' framework module. in fact when i restarded the phone, it stuck on bootloop for many hours.
my phone is rooted and before this issue i had made a TWRP BACKUP of the SYSTEM.
but i don't know how to restore the TWRP BACKUP.
PLEASE HELP ME TO REPARE MY PHONE

power off the phone (if you cant do this using the power button then either wait for the battery to drain or loosen the phone then disconnect / reconnect the battery)
boot the phone into TWRP recovery > restore > select your backup and wait for the process to complete then reboot

are you able to boot the phone to recovery?
To restore backup in TWRP tap Restore>Select Storage> select the storage where you placed the backup (internal or microsd) >select the backup zip file and swipe to restore.
Also, state the phone's build no.

I could not restore the TWRP backup. I usually enter the recovery mode via the adb and fastboot commands with minimal adb. Since the phone was not able to boot to the home, it was impossible for me to do it by adb.
At the end I had to factory reset (wipe cache / factory reset) with the power + volume up buttons. luckily the phone was able to restart and boot normaly.

Unfortunatly after the boot i lost all my personals data, all the data I had not saved yet
I also lost root access. The super su was not there anymore.

J'ai installé rootcheker app et il était écrit: "L'accès à la racine n'est pas correctement installé ..."

si j'essaie de rooter à nouveau en faisant un flashage du super_su.zip, vais-je retrouver l'accès à la racine sans problème ???

yes, you'll regain root if you flash supersu.zip

oui, vous allez retrouver la racine si vous flashz supersu.zip

Thank's it root installed after re-flash of the super_su.zip
