is there any ID written at the top of recovery mode screen?
what options do you have on yours? post screenshot
X3non im sorry i was mixing up two identical phones. This one shows Hardreset 21% then skips to 100% followed by message that says successful. Then when you reboot its still on bootloop.
And there is no message on top of recovery like the way Samsung devices do.
Open Device Manager on your PC then switch-off the phone and connect the phone to pc with usb and see what it get detected as.

No i cannot. I can only see this device under Computer tab when its of, but still cant open or access internal memory.

No i cannot. I can only see this device under Computer tab when its of, but still cant open or access internal memory.

Follow the guideto flash the firmware.
Note: you need to use external SD card to flash the firmware since the phone is bricked.

Is it OK to use Asia Firmware with devices of South African network
