How to unlock itel it5625 button phone

Trying to reset user code on itel it5625 button phone using miracle tool version 2.58 what I get is bootload error ID 1, please help me out any possible solution to reset the password

Do you have the miracle box/dongle? If no then try Miracle Thunder 2.82 @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-15700.html
Make sure to try different boot key. (Menu button, center key, dial key or zero key. Try as many as you can)

for boot key, use the call answer button
and the chipset is SPD6531

the boot key is power button and button on top of power button ,press and hold same time then connect usb.

I tried using Miracle Box Ver 2.82 to read unlock for my it5625 it loaded 100% but feedback was:
Infor: SPRD3
Initialize boot9...
CPU type: 6531A
Flash type: NOR
Flash ID: 00C80060(00170000)
Flash Model: GD27LQ64
Flash Size: 0x800000(8.0M)
Being analyzed,Wait...
None IMEI
>>None password, please read whole flash and then analyzed

I saw no password for my device
I need help please.

I need help please.

you can try reading firmware i.e backup full firmware then use the SPD > file unlock option
see if it outputs the userlock code, if not then format the device
