Hello.... i have a tecno y4 stuck on logo.... i download file from hovatek forum and flash it with SP FLASH TOOL till 100% then i wipe data/factory reset but still my mobile still hanging on Logo is the solution to this..?? please help me

did you get a green tick in sp flash tool after flashing?
do you remember the original build number of the phone before you flashed? if no
then try the other Y4 firmware build @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19353.html

Yeah i did get the tick, and yes i write somewhere the previous firmware was in before i flash the stock rom..

are you saying you've flashed both firmwares @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19353.html and performed a factory reset after flashing each firmware?
if yes, you're looking at either faulty emmc chip OR a different firmware build
you can try searching for and trying an entirely different firmware build than those you've tried OR consider replacing the emmc chip

I have tested the emmc it passed i try again different firmware and wipe data factory it stay for a very long time till it boot and finish to the menu i even i enter email on playstore i was using wireless but after i turn it off in order to insert sim card and turn it on again it return to the same issue... hanging in logo for a vary long time

how did you carry out and confirm this test?
after flashing, did you install anything? OR you flashed, did the first time setup, rebooted the phone and it went backup been stuck on logo?

Reflash the same firmware and bootup. Lets see if its able to boot to home screen once again

How quickly does it enter recovery mode (volume up+ power) and factory mode (volume down + power)?
