Pls i did security wipe for blackberry passport ,when it gots to 53% the phone goes blank...pls is there anything i can do

You'll need to flash the autoloader.
Download Autoloader @ https://depositfiles.com/files/6hpzt8gaz and flash
Make sure you have installed Blackberry Link.

I'm really worried about d phone model and d version.all i could get frm d back cover was this:
Blackberry passport:SQW100-4
model:RHR191LW...and so on...
And i dont know if i can use any autoloder for d flashing or using blackberry link to relaod the device..and lastly d blackberry passport is 'unknown to blackberry link software,it also instruct me to download d latest 'OS' for d device,i dont know if dz can sort out d problem..pls really need u guys help

The Autoloader link on my previous reply can work on your phone but it's 10.3.2 not the latest 10.3
You can load the Autoloader then update the 10.3 from system update.

The blackberry camera won't open still neither d flash light after software updates ,so I think it hardware issue not software...pls any o he sone to help for d camera I

if its down to hardware problem then take your phone for hardware checkup / repairs
