My Tecno pop 2 power b1p is stuck in orange state bootloop.
I tried to unlock bootloader(following the guide at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19578.html to unlock bootloader) in order to root it (following the guide at [Development] How to use Magisk Manager & boot.img to root Android to root it). I used adb shell in command prompt on my pc with the phone in fastboot mode (following the guide at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-588.html). When the phone asked to press volume up or down keys to accept or reject the unlocking, stating that if i chose to accept the unlocking, it would perform a factory reset, I accepted. The bootloader was unlocked which I confirmed with the fastboot command. I proceeded immediately to flash the boot file (that magisk manager patched) next (without restarting the phone after unlocking bootloader) to root the phone. The patched boot file flashed successfully, a restart followed. The phone restarted to show its tecno logo but with a message stating orange state and that the device was unlocked and could not be trusted, and would boot in 5 seconds, which it did and returned to the same screen it restarted from which resulted in another restart back to the same screen. It repeated this for a whole day which led me to conclude that it was stuck in a bootloop.
The device is no longer recognized by adb. It can still boot into both recovery and fastboot (when the appropriate key combinations are pressed when it is powered off) but only after I take special measures to power it off(through sp flash tool).
It crashes miracle box when I try to dump the rom (when the downloding boot 8 (blue colored) progress bar percentage has reached 100%, miracle box crashes). Sp flash tool does not indicate progress (no indication of progress in progress bars), then sometime later (or if the phone is unplugged or restarts on its own in its bootloop in the middle of its attempt to flash) it reports several errors (which I suspect is due to my use of wrong DA file or auth file for the flashing aside from the unplugging or restarting) when trying to flash stock rom (downloaded from [Downloads] Tecno POP 2 Power B1p Stock ROM / Firmware and Component Files) or anything. The phone remains in its bootloop, but sp flash tool powers it off (when it fails at trying to flash something to the phone), this is how I get the phone to be powered off (the special measures taken) when i want to dump the rom if possible with miracle box (which crashes at 100%) as previously mentioned.
The phone is a tecno pop 2 pro b1p straight from the factory with mt6580 chip. My phone's DA and auth file is not listed at [Downloads] Tecno MTK Secure Boot Download Agent (DA) loader files. I have installed all drivers necessary as stipulated in the guide I followed at[Development] How to use Magisk Manager & boot.img to root Android.
