How to Cut WI-FI having proxy, proxy username and password?

Hello everybody i want to cut others people connected to Wi-Fi and i used netcut v 1.41 for this purpose but when i try to cut Wi-Fi of other unwanted people it also cuts the whole network, is there away to fix this ?

REMEMBER!
--I also tried the cutoff method on netcut setting but its the same

--The Wi-Fi has proxy proxy username and password

since you're the wifi owner, simply change your password on your phone (i believe you made the hotspot using a phone)
everybody will get disconnected and you can connect back using your new password

OR better still check if your phone hotspot setup has the maximum connection feature
if it does then set maximum connection to 1. once you connect, nobody else will be able to connect even if the network is open

Well this must be illegal but i used wifikill app(root) on my shared wifi connection in my hostel days.
