if the password screen only shows up when you insert a sim (like you mentioned in your first post) either its sim lock or phone network lock

that's a privacy lock on this type of phone, you'll need to insert the previous sim card that was used to setup the password and factory reset the phone.

i don't remember something like that sir which sim card when thats the big problem how to solve it if i don't remember anythng like that because when i turn it on without sim card it power without that code i need your help

in miracle box, tick mtk > format > safe mode > then format the phone
