now i noticed you have ATT, ATT hosts their firmwares on their server. you can try contacting their support team or check the ATT forum if they'll send the firmware link
also ensure to properly verify the model of your phone, i cant find amy such ATT H901, there's only ATT H900 or TMO H901
if you confirm yours is ATT H900, the firmware is listed @ https://storagecow.eu/index.php?dir=Xda%...6T+H900%2F
other options you have
check with octoplus support team if they have firmware for your exact model in their download area (this will not be free though)
(11-04-2019, 09:45 AM)Mcoul15 Hello everyone
I'm happy to inform you that the phone has started.
I did not want to restart it again, and I do not know what to do to backup the system.
I attach 2 screenshots so that you can give me advice.

i thought you mentioned you phone was ATT H901, but your screenshot shows it H900
you can download the firmware and use that in place of backup
(12-04-2019, 12:53 PM)X3non(11-04-2019, 08:58 PM)Mcoul15 in the device about it's H900, but beneath the battery it's H901
that's understandable, good thing is you're now sure of the right model H900
(12-04-2019, 04:37 PM)X3non(12-04-2019, 02:04 PM)Mcoul15 that's right but, where can I find the firmware and flash? if possible the rooted Rom
check the storagecow link i sent previously
(13-04-2019, 06:46 PM)X3nonI'll keep you informed(13-04-2019, 10:50 AM)Mcoul15 After sending some media by xender the problem has persisted again.
I do not know even if the problem is hardware or firmware.
the screen remains stuck for a while and restarts.
flash stock rom then check if the problem still persists
