recovery mode

please [PERSON WITH FOLDED HANDS] someone help me out
I've done the possible way I can to flash TWRP to tecno l9 plus but to no avail. mehod 1 ( I unlocked the boot loader successfuly ) method 2 ( I extracted the phone firmware and used the stock recovery to auto port twrp with sp flash tool but it did not work, it's still on stock recovery ) method 3 ( I flashed it with with ADB, still did not work)

what other method is there again or what other recovery will work on the phone (Tecno l9 plus).

where / how did you get this stock recovery you used to port? is it for you phone's build number?
if its from the same build number as your device, then ensure to try the two different twrp porter tool versions and also try philz tool
using fastboot or spflashtool as you've been doing is fine
