did you flash any other files aside from twrp img?
what tool did you use to flash this image?
if you flashed using a scatter file, was flashing successful?

i used command prompt adb shell. I only flashed twrp img and it was successfull after my phone refuses to turn on at all. vol up and down combos do nothing phone is just dead

odd for the phone to go dead from adb, what command did you use?
have you tried disconnecting / reconnecting the battery of the phone?

Yes i've tried everything. I went into fastboot mode, unlocked oem then flashed twrp . it was succesfull was about to restart then just went dead.

ran a quick search, nothing came up
you'll need to look for a working fero royale x2 phone (either offline or online) to backup firmware then flash yours

If you can't get access to a working device as @x3non said, try backup your device's rom using wwr @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html or miracle box @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html
