I have an mtk device Phicomm clue 2s mt6735p running stock ROM.The problem is my phone is unable to call or receive calls and send messages,it only operate data connection service.The phone also only operate at 4g only when I try to switch to 3g or 2g it won't show any network bars. May you kindly help

are you sure the network sim you're currently using supports 2G / 3G?
try verifying from the network service provider

have you tried using a different network provider sim?
also try swapping the sim to another sim slot or try the current sim on a different phone
