I have tecno sa6s that had a problem of displaying adroid ribot and after flashing using the firmware provided here it does not power

You may have hard bricked the device. Please do the following.
If you have already installed flash driver remove battery and connect to computer.
If you hear a ping and port and USB device is recognised , flash it with techno SA6s firmware/stock rom. You should get back your device but with every thing wiped clean

did you take note of the build number of your phone before flashing?
was flashing successful with a green tick?
if you flashed successfully, did you disconnect / reconnect the battery after flashing?

I have tried to flash it but it not powering, but it has a connection beep when i connect to computer, even when flashing is successful with green tick

No i did not take the build number since phone was not powering
Secondly the phone flashed with green tick
Lastly after flashing the phone i removed the battery but after inserting the phone didnt power

Since you didn't take note of your build number before flashing the first firmware , you now have to proceed by trial and error.
You can also take pictures of the board and post them here so we can narrow down the number of firmware you should try.

before flashing, you should always try to verify the build number even if the phone is soft bricked; refer to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16005.html
that's btw, now you'll need to look for firmware or a working phone (to take a firmware backup) with different build number from the firmware you flashed to try on your phone
