My phone is rooted. It was done through patched boot, ported recovery and SuperSU.zip. 
So I want to know if I full unroot through SuperSU settings, and then flash the original (stock boot & recovery). Will there be any problem if I run OTA update?

to be on the safe side also include stock system.img esp if you made any changes to /system partition
