My tecno canon c9 is unable to root with one click apps..so I switched to using the PC cmd and I've tried everything I know. The stage where I stopped was when I tried to use SuperSU but got stuck at a point because my PC could not open the " recovery.img" file during the cmd process

1. What is your build number?
2. Do you have the firmware or rom backup for your build?

BTW, what do you mean by "my PC could not open the recovery.img file during the cmd process"?

you can get your boot image using miracle box readback and rename it from boot.bin to boot.img
