Hello!

Lately, My Tecno C9 started acting up like the Navigation buttons not functioning, I took it to Engineer and they said I should change the Touch which I did and it started functioning again.

After few weeks, it developed that same fault again even without hitting the group nor wetting, I took it to Engineer again and changed the Touch again which worked once again. 

I left it on the night before, after charging it fully and slept, waking up the following morning, my phone has been switched off, I tired Powering it on which it didn't respond to, I plugged it, it didn't show sign of charging so I took it to Engineers whom after some tests said that the problem is not Hardware problem, So I took it home, connected it through my PC and my PC gave a notification that a device has being plugged in at same time a disconnect notification from my Pc followed.

Its been doing that, so I downloaded a Backup from here and flashed it with Miracle Box Dump as instructed, I flashed everything and it was successful but even after flashing, its still not Powering on.

Please Help Me!

disconnect / reconnect the battery of the phone then check if it powers on
btw did you take note of the build number before flashing?

I didn't check the build number and the battery is non removable.

How do I go about the build number since it can only be viewed through settings

you'll need to loosen the phone to get to the battery or take it to someone who can
at this point, you can't get the build number seeing as you've already flashed the phone

okay, will take it to someone to help me check the battery

I think this is hardware related. Check Battery, power switch and charging port.
